Fitness4Fun currently offers three main categories of fitness programme:

School Fitness Bootcamp

A 6-week program for boys and girls who want to keep fit and are in Junior Infants all the way to 6th class.The main focus on the development of the programme is on the physical growth, motor development, personal and social development of the children.

Schoolhall Athletics Training

A colourful fun programme of team athletics for children in 3rd class and up. Sportshall provides the ideal format for developing core skills and fitness requires for most other sports. An exciting range of track events encourage teamwork, agility, speed and endurance while the sports hall field events are ideal for improving fitness and monitoring progress.

Senior Exercise Programme

These sessions are tailored to the needs of older adults and last from 1.5 to 2 hours. The session is conducted in a relaxed and fun environment where people join in for some chat, exercise and a catch-up with old friends.
